Kitch Engineering, Inc.

Kitch Engineering is a full service precision machine shop providing quality products to commercial, aerospace and military accounts. Short runs and production runs are machined per specifications, delivered on time and competitively priced. If required, split and J.I.T. deliveries can be used to help lower inventories and aid in scheduling.

C.N.C. milling and C.N.C. turning of stainless steel, steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, nickel alloys and all types of plastics are accomplished using only the highest quality equipment. Production runs with tolerances to + or - .0002 are fairly common.

Our 6,000 square foot facility is equipped with two centralized computer systems. Our CAD/CAM system is linked directly with most of our C.N.C. machines, increasing both efficiency and productivity.

The following pages outline our facilities, quality assurance program and inspection equipment. In addition to our facilities, we utilize the services of many outside processors from our approved vendor list.

Quality Assurance

Quality Control is the fabric which holds all manufacturing facilities together. At KITCH ENGINEERING, our quality control program is based on MIL-1-45208A. This program allows us to maintain very high quality and control over all manufacturing processes. Our quality control manual provides specific criteria and directives for all phases of manufacturing, from purchasing to shipping of the finished product. We, at KITCH ENGINEERING, are confident that our quality assurance system will be approved by your supplier quality evaluation survey.

Commercial products are manufactured to the same high specifications as military and aerospace. However, cost savings are achieved by not physically documenting every sample measurement. Since the cost of documentation is substantial, commercial products are manufactured at a reduced cost compared to Mil-Spec.

All jobs are positively identified by a bright blue acceptance tags from receiving inspection which specifies all information for traceability.
